RISA Management Corporation Signs Lease at Rotterdam Corporate Park
20 Jobs Coming to Rotterdam as Fast-Growing Metal Fabrication Company Relocates Manufacturing to Schenectady County
Schenectady, N.Y. — Metroplex today announced that RISA Management Corporation based in Maspeth, New York will relocate its manufacturing plant from New Lebanon, NY to the Rotterdam Corporate Park in Schenectady County. The Rotterdam Corporate Park is owned and operated by the Galesi Group. It is the largest business park in the Capital Region. The company has signed a lease to occupy 21,500 square feet of space and will bring 20 new jobs to Schenectady with plans to add 10 additional jobs in the next few years.

RISA is a New York State certified minority-owned business that provides custom manufactured metal products to many different customers in the Northeastern United States. The company was founded in 1994.
Rotterdam Supervisor Steven Tommasone said, “This is another win for our coordinated economic development efforts with the County. It means more jobs and more progress at the Rotterdam Corporate Park.”

The Rotterdam Corporate Park has almost 3.9 million square feet of space. It is located close to the point where Route 7, I-90 and I-88 meet. Tenants include Union Pacific Railroad’s Cold Connect facility, FedEx Freight, Golub Corporation, American Medical Depot, Distribution Unlimited, Captech Logistics and many others.
