The studio will be the latest business to open at 151 Lafayette Street, one of the recent development projects spearheaded by ‘Re4orm Architecture’. The former ‘Firestone Tire’ building has been completely redesigned and has been given a new life as a mixed use facility with other health and wellness based businesses including ‘518 Cross Fit’ and ‘Real [Fit] Life’. Discussions regarding a final potential tenant to occupy the remaining space are in process. The building is expected to be fully occupied by spring of 2015.

Anthony Jasenski, Chairman of the Schenectady County Legislature said, “Congratulations to Studio4, another great addition to our Downtown. This renovated building is just another example of our unified economic development team getting formerly empty properties back on the tax rolls and filling them with new businesses that enhance our community.”
